Fang Fang receives Best Speaker Award at the 21st ICC Conference in Vienna

Congratulations to PhD student Fang Fang, for receiving the Best Speaker Award at the 21st ICC International Association for Cereal Science and Technology Conference in Vienna.

Her presentation entitled “Three-way interactions among polyphenols, cell walls, and starch: implications for starch swelling, retrogradation, and digestibility” explored the interactions among starch, dietary fiber, and polyphenols, offering new insights with strong implications for food innovation, nutritional quality, and functional product development.

A well-deserved recognition of her excellent work and communication skills!
