Florencia Parle awarded 2nd Prize for Best Poster Presentation at the 22nd Gums and Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference

We are proud to share that our PhD student, Florencia Parle, was awarded the 2nd Prize for Best Poster Presentation for her work entitled “Plant Proteins and Their Non-Protein Components: Understanding Their Interplay with Different Starch Types during Hydrothermal Processing” at the 22nd Gums and Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference, held in Wageningen, The Netherlands, from June 3rd to 6th.

Florencia extends her thanks to the Food Hydrocolloids Trust for the award and for organizing such an inspiring and high-level scientific gathering, as well as to her supervisor, Laura Roman Rivas, for her guidance and support.
