Pablo Gallego-Lobillo Receives the Best Oral Presentation Award at the XIII National CyTA-CESIA Congress
We are proud to share that Pablo Gallego-Lobillo, postdoctoral researcher at InnograinLab, has been awarded the Best Oral Presentation Award 🏆 in Session IV: Technological Advances in Food Processing, for his work entitled: "Influence of Starch Properties on In Vitro Digestion and DIAAS in High-Moisture Extrudates of Plant Proteins" at the XIII National Food Congress CyTA-CESIA, held in Valencia, Spain, from May 5 to 7.
Pablo extends special thanks to the organizing committee for a congress of outstanding scientific quality, as well as to his supervisors, Laura Román and Mario Martínez, for their constant support, and to the Junta de Castilla y León for the postdoctoral contract.
